Dangerous criminals will be set free, more than 38 politicians and business men sentenced for corruption will walk free from prison.
The Supreme Court is composed by 11 judges, also called ministers. Seven of the judges are expected to vote in favor of ending the jurisprudence, which means that every person who was conducted of crime by the second leve courts will be free, until the Supreme Court can decide their cases.
The criminals will be free walking on the streets and their case will never be decided by the Brazil’s Supreme Court – STF.
